Gary Spinell, local motivational speaker and business executive, will be the expert speaker at the St. Jude Career Alliance Ministry meeting on Wednesday, October 22. Mr. Spinell's October 22 presentation will examine why the unemployed have needed skills as well as the real value behind being proficient in basic job search fundamentals.
Mr. Spinell has spent over 25 years examining why some people achieve success consistently while other often struggle. Mr. Spinell's approach to success is understanding the impact human behavior has on results. "Our beliefs, thoughts, actions and words are the main drivers in achieving our goals," said Mr. Spinell.
An internationally sought-after speaker, Mr. Spinell has been a guest on over 50 radio shows in the U.S., the U.K. and Australia. He enjoys working with groups that are in-transition, individuals who are looking for personal growth as well as corporations looking for a new perspective to succeed in today's competitive environment.
Mr. Spinell has a unique and different perspective from his years in the corporate world combined with his understanding of the nuances of human behavior that attract and generate success and happiness. He is the author of two self-help books:

In addition to being a writer and a motivational speaker, Mr. Spinell has over 25 years of extensive experience in the business world that includes roles such as Vice President at Blockbuster, Vice President/Treasurer at Hotels.com and Expedia, and Senior Vice President/Finance at Mannatech. Mr. Spinell's responsibilities have included Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, Public Relations and Human Resources. He holds Master of Business Administration degrees in finance and marketing from Babson College in Babson Park, Massachusetts.
The St. Jude Career Alliance is a ministry helping hob seekers that meets from 09:00 to 10:30 AM every Wednesday at St. Jude Parish in Allen, TX. Everyone is welcome and there is no charge.
