Jeff Morris, the founder of CareerDFW and CareerUSA, will be the Expert Speaker at the Zoom meeting on Wednesday morning, February 10, 9:00-10:30 AM being offered by the St. Jude Career Alliance Ministry. In his presentation, Mr. Morris will address how job seekers can utilize these two websites to land their next great opportunity in the DFW Metroplex or outside of it. Mr. Morris will also share career tips from his book titled What I’ve Learned about YOUR JOB SEARCH That You May Not Know.

Mr. Morris is an operations and organizational professional with 20 years of experience in a light manufacturing, value-added, quick-turn environment. His extensive customer service and team building experience have enabled him to identify and implement light manufacturing solutions for staff development and increased productivity by incorporating Six Sigma.
In 2008, Mr. Morris founded CareerDFW.org, a website created to assist the unemployed and under-employed in the DFW Metroplex. In September 2012, Mr. Morris published his first book titled What I’ve Learned about YOUR JOB SEARCH That You May Not Know. Also, in September 2012, he was invited to attend the White House Forum on Job Clubs and Career Ministries in Washington, DC. In October 2012, he launched CareerUSA.org, a website to help those outside the DFW area. In addition, since 2007, Mr. Morris has facilitated the North Dallas/Plano Career Focus Group which meets every Friday.
