The International Conservatory of Performing Arts celebrates their expansion and move into a new 20,000 square foot facility with an Open House on Thursday, July 23rd at 7pm. ICPA will showcase their unique and creative fusion of Music, Dance, Theatre and Prep School delivered all under one roof! ICPA spent the last year carefully designing and converting a 24-hour fitness facility into a performing arts school.

One of the most unique components of ICPA is their Preparatory school. The ICPA Prep School is the only one of it’s kind in Collin County. It allows artistically career-minded students the ability to learn in a complete and comprehensive manner, which reaches beyond a traditional education. Students are able to merge their academics with performing arts classes in music, dance, and theatre. The program runs throughout the school day and school year for middle school to high school students (6th-12th). This unique preparatory program for aspiring young artist has given ICPA it’s nickname “The Home of the Triple Threat!”

ICPA houses an after school program which includes a dance conservatory, pre-professional company, dance competition team, private/group music lessons, vocal training, theatre, theatre productions, adult instruction and a variety of classes to encourage students to explore the world of performing arts.

All classes are taught by active professionals which brings about a very unique education and point of view not typically found in other education environments.

The International Conservatory of Performing Arts provides a special place with truly original resources to aid its performers of tomorrow. The conservatory is located at 915 W. Parker Rd. and Alma.
