The Children’s and Youth Choruses of Collin County are currently holding auditions for new members. This 10th anniversary season will culminate as singers from Collin County converge with our global community of singers at the International Choir Festival in London, England.

Children and Teens are encouraged to schedule an audition for one of three choruses: Prelude Chorus, grades 3-5; Children’s Chorus, grades 6-8 and Youth Chorus, grades 9-12. Singers are invited to join their friends for a year to remember. “I remember being sixteen years old and having an opportunity to tour Europe with an All-Nation Choir’ said Russ Porter, Co-founder of the Chorus. “It completely changed my life and set me on a path to pursue a career in music education” said Porter.

“It’s an honor for the Children’s and Youth Choruses of Collin County to be recognized as a premier choral organization by the leadership of the International Choir Festival” said Janie Oliver, Artistic Director for the Chorus organization.
