Wylie's annual trick-or-treat event, Boo on Ballard, was a huge success this year - over 5,000 kids and their parents (and their dogs) dressed in costume and headed for historic downtown Wylie where shop owners and vendors were handing out treats. Wylie Park and Recreation presented Glow in the Park at Olde City Park, and kids rode the zipline, played in the foam, rode a mechanical bull and jumped on the bungee trampoline.
